The Hay Loft near Kendal, Cumbria sleeps three guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for three guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a mezzanine-style double and a ground-floor king-size,along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as a front patio and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.9 miles you will find a shop and within 3.7 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Hay Loft is a lovely home for your next getaway in Cumbria. Note: No children under the age of 12 years. Please note: This property has a 3 night minimum stay restriction

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
