Fern Lodge near Cartmel in Cumbria sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen featuring an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with patio, decking, furniture and a hot tub, an enclosed front decked area with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A relaxing break amidst the countryside awaits at Fern Lodge. Note: Property only accepts week long bookings between 1st March - 31st October. Note: Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
