Holly Lodge near Goosnargh, Lancashire sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumbler dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with TV and electric flame-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin (zip/link, can be twin on request), both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside there is an enclosed front decking area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 5.6 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles, a lake and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Holly Lodge is the perfect base to begin your adventures in Lancashire. Note: This is an adult-only property. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
