Ground floor wet room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with two dining areas (each seats 6) and woodburning stove. Utility. Sitting room with open fire. Study with sofa bed.

A magnificent, detached stone farmhouse in Bashall Eaves, four miles from Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley, with three bedrooms and a sofa bed accommodating up to seven people.  The Old Forge is a wonderful stone farmhouse situated in its own lawned gardens, surrounded by glorious views of luscious open fields, four miles from Clitheroe. Inside are three bedrooms and four bathrooms comprising of two en-suites, a wet room on the ground floor and a bathroom on the first floor. The bedrooms include a spacious master room with a super king-size bed, comfy sitting area and en-suite shower and bath. There is also a flexible room with zip/link beds that can be a king-size double or two singles with en-suite, along with a single room and a double sofa bed in the study downstairs. The kitchen is large and bright with two dining tables, each seating six. The sitting room has an open fire and large bookcases, as well as a door to the study. There is off road parking for three cars and a good gastro pub just up the road. The Old Forge is an excellent base for walking and relaxing with friends and family.

Oil central heating with woodburning stove and an open fire. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, Nintendo Wii, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fires inc. in rent. Additional fuel can be purchased and delivered locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for three cars. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Farm shop 2 miles, supermarket 3.5 miles, pub 3 mins walk.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
