This cosy cottage is a semi-detached wing of the owner's cottage, in the village of Great Urswick, and can sleep two people in one bedroom. The Crook is a quaint semi-detached wing of the owner's home set in the heart of the village of Great Urswick, three miles from Ulverston. With one bedroom and a modern shower room, this cottage can sleep two people.The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a decked patio garden with furniture. The Crook is a lovely, rural base for exploring the Lake District, and is an idea, romantic retreat.

Gas central heating with electric stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Decked garden with furniture and BBQ available on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pubs and restaurant 2 mins walk. Note: Children under the age of 2 only.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
