This pretty mid-terrace is situated in the thriving town of Appleby-in-Westmorland and can sleep two people in one bedroom. 27 Bongate is a beautiful stone-built cottage nestled on a quiet road in the market town of Appleby-in-Westmorland in Cumbria. It has a lovely king-size double bedroom and a bathroom, sleeping two pepople. It also plays host to a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and wooodburner. Outside there is a front garden with patio furniture and also an area to the rear accessed via a shared footpath comprising lovely wild flowers, lawned area and patio furniture. There is roadside parking along with off-road parking for one car at the rear. 27 Bongate is in the most perfect location for a delightful stay in Cumbria.

Gas central heating with wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with built in DVD player, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Brick built BBQ. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for one car to the rear along with roadside parking at front. Garden at front with patio furniture and to the rear with lawn, patio furniture and a shared footpath. Enclosed rear garden. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Steep steps up to garden.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
