Silverhow Cottage in Ambleside, can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Silvehow Cottage consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a living/dining with seating for six people, Smart TV, books, electric fire, and a lower-ground-floor utility/games area with a tumble dryer, freezer, and table tennis. The bedrooms consist of a double with a TV, a twin, and a bunk, along with a bathroom with a separate WC. Outside, there is a shared enclosed courtyard with furniture, and designated parking for 1 car (information and a map of how to get to the parking spot is on the large notice board). Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles, lake 1.5 miles. One large well-behaved dog welcome, or two small dogs on request. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Silver Howe Cottage is an ideal base for a Cumbria escape. Note: The stairs up from the cellar are steep. Note: Please mind your head on the cellar stairs. Note: The property is on a hill.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
