Cross View Cottage is a charming mid-terrace cottage sitting in the centre of Alston, Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The living space includes a kitchen/diner with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, dining seating for four and a sitting room with woodburning stove, sofa bed and a flatscreen Smart TV with Apple TV. The bedrooms include a double and a twin served by a bathroom and shower room. Within the town centre there is free parking. Within 0.1 miles there is a pub and shop. This property does not take pets or accept smoking - ideal for those with pet allergies. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Cross View Cottage is a superb retreat to this charming market town. Note: Due to steep and narrow stairs, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility and children under eight years old. Note: Tea and coffee will be provided at this property.

Note: Due to steep spiral stairs, this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility or children under eight years old. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
