The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six guests and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms all reside on the ground-floor and consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a twin and bunk, along with a first-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, and private parking for one car. Within 8.1 miles you will find a shop and within 1.3 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot is also available. Mallard Cottage is a lovely base for your next getaway in the Lake District. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
