Cosy cottage that sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, located in the village of Portinscale near Keswick Derwent Edge is a pet friendly holiday cottage in Portinscale.  A cosy traditional cottage that comfortably sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, which share family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Property has a kitchen fully equipped for your needs whilst on holiday and a lounge with dining area in which you can unwind after walking on the fells. Relax in the garden with a glass of wine whilst watching your pets play.  Derwent Edge in portinscale is ideally situated with Keswick a 10 minute walk away.Ideal throughout the year.

Electric heaters and gas fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV player.  Fuel and power inc. in rent.  Bed linen inc. in the rent. Front garden.  Private parking for 1 large car additional parking can be arranged if required. Towels not included. Maximum 2 pets. Lockable bike shed for 4 bikes. No smoking Or use of candles.  Note: Pub 2 minute walk. Keswick 15 mins walk away. Note: There are 4 steps down from the car park to the property, so may not suit people with limited mobility. Note: there are local markets that take place on Thursday and Saturday in Keswick.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
