Fox Howe in Thornthwaite, Cumbria sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Fox Howe, a single-storey cottage, consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, TV, woodburning stove, and dining seating for four people. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture and off-road parking. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 1.5 miles, pub in 1.4 miles, and lake in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Fox Howe.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
