This charming Lakeland cottage is set in a rural location of Ruthwaite and sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Barn Roost is a charming family cottage that is pet friendly and sleeps 4 people in a rural location of Ruthwaite.  The cottage has two first floor bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with feature beams and 1 bunk bedroom with bunk beds suitable for children only.  There is a shared family bathroom with a shower over the bath, basin and WC.  Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, where you can expect everything you need to enjoy a self-catering holiday, with a lovely dining area which leads onto a beautiful lounge with a cosy wood multi fuel stove, where you can unwind with a glass of wine after a day on the fells.  There is a conservatory that you can use to dry out your walking clothes and has access to a secure garden for your pets.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
