Eight bedrooms: First Floor - 4 x double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x family room with a double and single with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and 1 x twin with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. Ground Floor - 1 x double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC and 1 x double.

The Paddock in Keswick, Cumbria sleeps sixteen guests in eight bedrooms.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher, a dining room with seating for sixteen guests, a sitting room with a TV and a snug. The bedrooms consist of five doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a twin with en-suite shower rooms and a family room with en-suite shower room, along with a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, furniture and hot tub. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.8 miles, a lake and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Paddock is a lovely base for your next adventure in the Lake District.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
