Squirrel Lodge in Keswick, Cumbria, sleeps twelve guests in six bedrooms. This four-storey home has a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room, a sitting room with Smart TV and DVD player, and a first-floor snug with Smart TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and double bedroom with en-suites, a twin and a super king-size (zip/link, can be twin upon request) with en-suites, and a further king-size and 2ft 6in twin room, serviced by a bathroom and separate shower room. Outside there is a front terraced garden with furniture, an enclosed rear garden with furniture, bike storage, and roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.3, River Greta in 1.5 miles, and Derwentwater in 2 miles. For a large base for a family getaway to Cumbria, book Squirrel Lodge. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
