Hawthorne House, Dubwath near Cockermouth, Cumbria, sleeps four in two bedrooms.  Hawthorne House is a duplex apartment settled over the first and second floor. The first floor houses a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 x fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining space for four, a sitting room with Smart TV, a bathroom, and a cloakroom with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin. Off-road parking for one car. Within 5.6 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.4 miles or less, a pub and a lake, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Explore the wonders of Cumbria and the Lake District National Park with a stay at the lovely Hawthorne House. Note: Lots of stairs, not suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: Children must be over 4 years old.

Note: The property is on the main bus route for Penrith to Workington with a bus stop just 100m away.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
