Knockendoch near New Abbey, Kirkcudbrightshire sleeps eight in four bedrooms. The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a dining room with seating for eight guests, a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove and a conservatory. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room, a double and two twins (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture and parking is available. Within 2.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Knockendoch is a lovely base for your next getaway in Scotland.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
