The Garden Cottage in Whitstable, Kent sleeps two guests in one bedroom.  The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with Ninja Air Cooker, induction hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, and a living/dining room with seating for two guests and a TV. There is one double bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with gravelled area and purpose-built decking with table and chairs, along with off-road parking for one car. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Garden Cottage is the ideal base for a romantic getaway in Kent. Note: There is ramp access to the front of the property. Note: Whitstable Castle, 0.3 miles. Note: Off-road parking for 1 car immediately in front of the cottage garden, with 3 additional parking spaces on owner land at the side of the property in Park Avenue.

Sorry no facility for charging electrical vehicles of any kind. Note: Whitstable Castle, 0.3 miles. PLEASE NOTE: This property can be booked in conjunction with The Superior Garden House (Property Reference 1131939) creating accommodation for up to 10 guests and have a shared garden. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
