The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, two super-king-size with en-suite shower rooms, a family room with a twin and mezzanine single above, and a bunk with trundle, along with a bathroom and cloakroom. There is also a studio-style annexe with super-king-size bed, sitting area, a shower room and sauna room. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and pizza oven, as well as off-road parking for five cars and EV charging. Within 1.4 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.1 miles, a lake and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Castle Hill Cottage is a stylish base from which to explore all that East Sussex has to offer.

Note: The property is next to a lake, although fenced, please ensure children are supervised. Note: The studio is accessed down a flight of stairs which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Please note: In the months of July and August, this property only accepts minimum bookings of 5 nights. Please note: There is to be no music outside as this is a quiet neighbourhood, and guests are to be asked to go inside the property after 10 pm. Please note: The pool is not available from 1st October - 30th April.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
