Foreland Cottage in St Peters, Kent sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.  The living areas in this single-storey property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight guests and sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, heated swimming pool, barbecue, and furniture and a private driveway with parking for four cars. Within 0.6 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and within 1 mile, a beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. Foreland Cottage is a lovely base to begin your next adventure in Kent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
