Heath Retreat is a charming bungalow settled in Buxted in East Sussex and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/living room with an electric oven, induction hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, breakfast bar and a sitting area with a TV and a dining room/conservatory with seating for six. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a garden with lawn, patio and furniture and access to large shared grounds with pond, tennis court and heated swimming pool. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. Apologies, but this property does not permit smoking. There is a shop within 0.8 miles and a pub within 0.9 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond and stone steps in the garden, please take care and ensure that children are supervised at all times. Note: The washing machine is located in a utility cupboard in the double bedroom. Note: This property does not accept Stags / Hens or similar parties.

Note: The washing machine is located in a utility cupboard in the double bedroom. Note: Pool will be closed over winter (1st Oct – 31st March). Note: catering is available from The Wealden Kitchen (www.thewealdenkitchen.co.uk). Note: This property does not accept Stags/ Hens or similar parties. Note: The owner has a labrador dog which may venture into garden. The owner is happy to keep the dog indoors if requested.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
