High Tide in Herne Bay, Kent sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.  The areas in the property consist of an open plan living space with kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area and a sitting area with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a first-floor king-size with balcony with patio and furniture, and a twin, along with a second-floor bathroom. Within 0.1 miles you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.5 miles, a beach. Please note that no pets are allowed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. High Tide is a charming base for families to enjoy a memorable getaway to Kent. Note: There are internal stairs leading to the property which may not be suitable for less mobile guests. Note: There is roadside parking outside the property which only facilitates a drop off point, though there is parking for long stays in the local area.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
