This fabulous oast house is situated in the small hamlet of Oad Street in rural Kent and can sleep fourteen people in seven bedrooms. Woodgate Farm House is a fabulous oast house situated in the small hamlet of Oad Street in rural Kent and can sleep fourteen people in seven bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor both having full-size wet rooms. Both floors offer full-living accommodation. The first floor has a spacious open plan living area complete with kitchen and a dining area for fourteen guests. The ground floor has a separate kitchen and a dining and sitting area for six people. Outside there is off road parking for eight cars and a garden with patio, furniture and a Hot Tub. Woodgate Farm Oust provides luxury accommodation and is in a perfect location for exploring all that the area has to offer.

First-floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Comfortably seats 8 guests. Ground floor kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and fridge. Ground floor sitting room (seats 6) with dining area (seats 6). Oil central heating with ground floor underfloor heating. All sittings room are equipped with Freeview TV's, DVD players, one PlayStation2, WiFi. Fuel and Power Inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent., travel cot and three highchairs on request. Off road parking for 8 cars. Garden with gazebo and furniture. Sorry, no pets, smoking/vaping. Shops 2 miles, Oad Street Craft Centre serving food and drink, plus the Plough & Harrow Greek Taverna are a 10 min walk. Note: Property is 'eco friendly' and all household cleaning products will be provided for your use. Note: No stag/hen or similar, (outside caterers are not permitted without owners prior knowledge). Please Note: No commercial bookings. Note: The number of guests occupying the property should not exceed the number stated on the holiday confirmation. Please Note - This property only allows check in's on a Friday. Please note: Electric vehicles may not be charged at this property.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
