Sleepy Hollow is a contemporary single-storey cottage resting in Ewell Minnis near Dover, Kent and can sleep three people in two bedrooms. Set across one level and hosting two bedrooms, including a king-size and a single, along with a shower room, this property can sleep up to four three people. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room. The kitchen is fit with an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For entertainment there is a Smart TV (apps such ITV Hub, Iplayer, Prime etc. Viewing is only via these apps, some of these will show live TV, others just catch up. WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and use of the electric central heating are all included in the rent. Outside there is off-road parking for two small cars or 1 medium car. and an enclosed garden with patio, gravelled area, firepit, barbeque and furniture. For your local amenities, there is a shop in 2.6 miles and a pub in 1.4 miles. Pets are permitted however smoking is not. Enjoy a romantic retreat to Kent with a stay at Sleepy Hollow. Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
