This Victorian terraced townhouse is located in the town of Ventnor and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Seaview House is a terraced townhouse in the town of Ventnor just ten miles from Newport. The cottage sleeps eight people and has one king-size double bedroom with roll-top bath and three twin bedrooms. Family bathroom and family shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitting kitchen with dining area and seating area with electric fire.Outside is on road parking and a patio with furniture. Situated at the southern end of the island, Seaview House is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.

Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park 20 yards away, at a cost of £40 for 7 days (which allows parking in council car parks throughout the island, see iwight.com). Decking and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the decking down into the garden and care should be taken. At the end of the patio is a drop; care should be taken and children should be supervised. This patio area is gated.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
