This delightful detached cottage rests on the outskirts of Wroxhall on the Isle of Wight and can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Freemantle Lodge is a unique detached cottage located near the village of Wroxall, Isle of Wight, on a working farm. Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four people. There is also a kitchen, dining room, and a sitting room. Outside there is off-road parking for 2 cars, a wooden shed for bike storage and an enclosed patio area with furniture. Situated in a rural location with scenic views over the hillside, on the grounds of a 300 acre estate, Freemantle Lodge is a one-of-a kind cottage in an admirable part of England.

Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Wooden shed for bike storage. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed patio area with furniture. Private Garden. One well-behaved dog allowed. Dog bed, food and water bowl and microfibre drying cloth. Sorry, no smoking. Welcome pack provided with; tea, coffee, eggs, bread, milk, wine and a newspaper. Shop 0.9 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Track up to cottage is rough, please take care. Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 9am. Note: This property accepts a minimum of 4 night stays.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
