Sleeping 2, this apartment is perfect for couples on a romantic break. Starboard is a lovely ground floor, open plan studio apartment, which lies on the beach, just ten minutes from the town of Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. Now one of seven apartments, in a converted boathouse, Starboard has been furnished to a good standard and has a welcoming living and sleeping area. Sleeping two, this cottage apartment has a light and airy living, dining and kitchen area, with a double bed, along with a shower room. Starboard also has a private slipway for launching your own boat, and the convenience of a licensed cafe next door. Yarmouth has a lovely harbour area, shops and inns, plus the coastal path is perfect for walkers and cyclists. Starboard is an ideal base for exploring Yarmouth.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
