Primrose Cottage in St Helens, Isle of Wight, sleeps six in three bedrooms. Primrose Cottage consists of a kitchen/diner with a gas hob and electric oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, and a dining table that seats six. The separate living space has a TV with seating for six, a bookshelf with board games, and patio doors leading to the rear garden. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor twin, and a second-floor double, as well as a bunk room. There is also a walk-in wet room with a bathtub and WC. Outside, there is a large private rear garden with furniture, a barbecue, patio space, a lockable shed, and a covered seating area with additional seating and sun loungers, with roadside parking outside of the property. Smoking is not permitted, and no pets are allowed. You’ll find the closest shop, pub and beach within 0.29 miles. Wifi, gas central heating, bed linen, towels and electric are provided. Note: There are steps down to the wet room and double bedroom. Enjoy a break on the Isle of Wight at Primrose Cottage.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
