The bedrooms are a double with TV and en-suite, twin with TV and a twin, serviced by a shower room. There is an enclosed wraparound decking with furniture, and off-road parking for 1 car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, on-site bar/restaurant 0.1 miles. Note: The park closes 14th Jan-1st March. Note: On-site facilities include swimming pool, clubhouse with evening entertainment, outdoor cinema, outdoor activities including mini-golf, shop and children’s play areas (seasonal opening times and charges apply). Note: Access to quiet beach just a brief walk away through the park. Note: Guests are required to adhere to park regulations. Note: There are a few steps leading from the parking area to the veranda.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
