This lovely detached former vicarage close to the village of Peterchurch near to Hay-on-Wye and can sleep twelve people in six bedrooms.  The Old Vicarage is a lovely detached former vicarage situated close to the village of Peterchurch and just ten miles from Hay-on-Wye in Herefordshire. The cottage can sleep twelve people in two king-size double bedrooms with en-suite, one ground floor twin, one single and one family room with one double bed and one single together with two family bathrooms. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and woodburner and sitting room. Outside is ample parking and large gardens with furniture and BBQ. The Old Vicarage is a perfect holiday home for a large group of family or friends.

Private gardens with patio, furniture, selection of garden games and BBQ. Table Tennis Table, football goal and climbing frame. Private Hot Tub and Sauna. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £30 per booking payable direct to owner on arrival. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and bistro 2 miles. Note: There is a single step up to the front door. Note: Mobile phone reception in the area is limited.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
