Smugglers Cottage rests in Christchurch and can sleep two people in one bedroom.  The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a dining room. There is also a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV, as well as a conservatory. The bedroom consists of a king-size bed, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden with furniture and a barbecue and roadside parking on first-come basis. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Apologies, smoking is not permitted. For your convenience, there is a shop 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles away and a beach 1.3 miles away. For a charming cottage near the beach, choose smugglers Cottage. Please note: This property does not allow children.

Note: The cottage has steep, winding stairs and are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100. Please note: This property does not allow children.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
