Merryfield in Selsey, West Sussex sleeps four in two bedrooms. Merryfield consists of a kitchen diner with dining seating for four, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, kettle and toaster, a sitting room with a TV and a conservatory. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin which can be made into a bunk on request. These two are serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, patio and furniture as well as off-road parking for two cars. There are a selection of games and DVDs available. One well-behaved pet is welcome, extra charges apply. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop within 0.2 miles, a pub in 0.4 miles and then a beach in 0.5 miles, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Merryfield promises a lovely stay in a coastal location. Please note: the wifi is intermittent due to nearby works being done.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
