The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin which are serviced by a shower room and cloakroom with basin and WC. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a front enclosed decking area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop in 0.1 mile, a pub in 1.9 miles and a beach within 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
