Fleming House, Cowes, Isle of Wight, sleeps seven guests in three bedrooms.  Fleming House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining space for seven, a sitting area with TV and open fire, and a snug. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size, a twin, and a family room with single and bunk, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with lawn, decking, and furniture. Parking in local car parks. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and within 1.7 miles, a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Escape to the coast of the Isle of Wight with a stay at the lovely Flemming House. Note: Roadside parking is available for 2 hours or free parking is available 6 mins walk from the property. Note: Parking permits can be obtained from the Isle of Wight council in advance. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am. Please noted; This property accepts 3 night stay minimum

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
