The Well House in Southbourne, Dorset, sleeps ten guests in five bedrooms. The Well House is a large, detached property resting in Southbourne in Bournemouth. The property comprises five bedrooms; a master with a super-king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, three doubles, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and a bunk room, served by a family bathroom. The property also boasts a hallway with a seating area and woodburning stove, a kitchen, dining room, living room with open fire, a sitting room and a garden room. Outside is ample off-road parking and extensive gardens with lawn, patio area with seating, a pond and a garden house. Appliances include an electric/gas double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and two TVs. One well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, a starter pack for the fires, bed linen and towels are all included. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 0.8 miles or less. The Well House is a fantastic base for a family or group gathering to the South coast. Note: No stag/hen or similar parties. Please note: this property has a 3-night minimum restriction.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
