Keepers Cottage in East Meon, Hampshire sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. The living areas in this property consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size and a twin (zip/link, can be super-king-size on request), along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private rear garden with furniture and parking is available. Within 1.7 miles you will find a shop and within 1.6 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Keepers Cottage is a delightful base, perfect for a family retreat to Hampshire. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
