This wonderful detached cottage is situated on the outskirts of Glenuig, in the Scottish Highlands and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Clearwater House is a wonderful detached cottage on the outskirts of Glenuig, Scotland. Hosting three bedrooms: two doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom and one twin, able to sleep up to six guests and served by a family bathroom and cloakroom. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, as well as a living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside has an enclosed decking area with furniture, as well as off-road parking. Clearwater House is the ultimate choice for a remote break to the Scottish Highlands.

Elevated enclosed decking area with steps leading to lawned garden area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.4 miles and pub 5.9 miles in Glenuig and Loch Airlort. Note - private water supply can cause some discolouration to water but is safe and checked annually'

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
