The bedrooms consist of two king-size, a ground-floor king-size, a double, and a twin, along with a bathroom and cloak with basin and WC. Outside, there is an annexe with a studio-style layout open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, a dining area with seating for four people, a sitting area with a Smart TV, and a shower room. Additionally, there is a rear enclosed garden with decking, astro turf, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 1.3 miles, and a beach in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the price. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
