The Esplanade in Weymouth, Dorset sleeps 18 guests in nine bedrooms. The Esplanade is set over four floors and consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eighteen guests and a first-floor sitting room with TV and balcony with furniture. The bedrooms consist of a third-floor double, four second-floor doubles, a second-floor double (zip/link, can be twin on request), a twin (zip'link, can be a superking on request), a double with a balcony with furniture and a third-floor family room with a double and single, all with TVs and en-suite bathrooms. Outside there is off-road parking for six cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and beach and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Esplanade is a charming base for your next getaway in Dorset. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
