Scenic and secluded yet with easy access to the town and coast, this fabulous family farmhouse sleeps up to twelve people in six bedrooms - on the first floor are two king-size doubles with en suite bathrooms, two twins, one adult bunk room and two shower rooms. On the ground floor is a further twin room and shower room making this property suitable for those who are less mobile. The sitting room with a wood burning stove is spacious, whilst the huge kitchen with dining area is the real of the home. A family games room with table football and piano will keep the family busy on those not so sunny days. The outside space is no less impressive, peaceful and surrounded by fields, with a large sun terrace, table chairs and BBQ to the front and an enclosed lawned area with climbing frame and swings to the rear.

Central heating, underfloor heating with two wood burning stoves (wood Is provided). Microwave, range cooker, fridge, “American” fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, bread maker, Smart TV with Blu-ray/DVD, WiFi, fuel and power inc. in rent. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
