Polly's Folly in Swanage, Dorset, sleeps eight guests in four bedrooms. The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double, a twin, and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and a shower room with hairdryer. Outside there is a south facing, rear multi-level garden with patio, terrace and furniture, and roadside parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and the beach in 0.8 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. A stairgate is installed to the top of the stairs, whilst a travel cot and highchair can be requested; guests are asked to bring their own bedding for the cot. Polly's Folly is well-positioned to explore Dorset's coastline. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Guests are welcome to use the logs in the wood store outside the patio doors for the woodburning stove.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
