Pitt Cottage is a thatched stone cottage situated just outside the village of Ringstead near to the town of Weymouth in Dorset and benefits from panoramic sea views. The cottage can sleep 6 people in 2 twin and 1 super-king with en-suite bath bedroom as well has a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a fitted kitchen/diner and a sitting room with open fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 4 cars and a lawned garden. Pitt Cottage is wonderful retreat to a quiet location for families close to sea. Note: Two well-behaved dogs welcome at an additional charge of £21/pet. This property can only accept a Saturday changeover.
Oil fired central heating. Open fire in lounge. Electric oven and hob, Microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, DVD, CD Player/Radio, Wi-Fi. Fuel for fire is provided autumn/winter. Bed linen and towels is included in rent. Cot available. Off road parking for 4 cars. Large lawn garden. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. This property can only accept Saturday changeover. In some circumstances it may be possible to arrange another day but only by prior agreement with Dream Cottages.
