The Dairy is an attractive barn conversion resting near Uploders close to Bridport in Devon and sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.
Underfloor heating throughout. Electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher. Smart TV, DAB radio with Bluetooth, WiFi. Fuel, power and a starter pack of logs inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking for 2 cars. Front garden, patio, furniture, secure bike storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.5 miles, pub 0.9 miles. Note: If you wish to bring bikes and require secure storage please let us know prior to your arrival. Note: Apologies but children under the age of 16 are not allowed at this property. Note: Due to the property’s location the WiFi reception can be intermittent so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: Though the property enjoys a secluded location, there is some traffic noise from the nearby A35 so please bear this in mind when booking. Note: This property can be booked with property reference 1106494, together sleeping 6 guests.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
