A charming detached cottage in the peaceful village of Shipton Gorge, the cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms. Lilliput is a beautiful cottage in Shipton Gorge, with three bedrooms, 2 x double, 1 x twin (can be king-size) sleeping six people. There is also a shower room and bathroom. There is open plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside of the property is a calm and tranquil well established cottage garden with lawned area, patio and furniture. There is also garge parking for one car and off road parking for one in front of garage. Lilliput is a perfect tranquil retreat in the charming village of Shipton Gorge.
Gas central heating. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Garage for one medium car with off road parking for a further vehicle in front accessed along a short unmade, unlit private track. There are motion sensitive solar lights to show you down the steps to the house in the dark with safety rails both sides. These steps are unsuitable for persons with mobility problems or children under 5 years of age. Garden with patio and furniture. Enclosed area for dogs although this may not be secure for all dogs. Pub 1 min, farm shop, Post Office and garage 5 mins down to Burton Bradstock by car or bike. Beach 3 miles. Sorry, no smoking and vaping on the property.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
