Pam’s House in Weymouth, Dorset can sleep eight in four bedrooms.  The ground-floor studio apartment houses a utility room housing a microwave, fridge/freezer and dining area whilst the sitting room has a TV. On this level there is also a double bedroom and shower room. On the first-floor there is an open-plan living space with kitchen housing a gas oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, along with Smart TV and dining area. The bedrooms include a king-size with Smart TV, a double with Smart TV and a bunk with TV, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. To the outside is a courtyard and parking in a nearby car park. This apartment will accept one pet however smoking is not allowed. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop and pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
