The White Cottage rests in Weymouth and can sleep nine people in four bedrooms.  This detached property consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and dining seating for ten, as well as a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a kingsize with a TV and ensuite shower room, a further kingsize, a triple room and a ground floor twin, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and pub and within 0.6 miles, a beach. The White Cottage makes a wonderful base to the coastal town of Weymouth.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
