Willow is a semi-detached barn conversion situated in Notton near Maiden Newton, Dorset and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.  The open-plan living space includes a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite wet room and a twin (zip/link) with en-suite wet room. To the outside is a garden patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.5 miles there is a shop and within 1.6 miles there is a pub. Three well-behaved pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and disabled friendly facilities are all included in the price. Willow is a magnificent retreat amidst the charming Dorset countryside. Please note, the owners are happy to provide further disabled friendly facilities including a hospital bed, hoist, shower commode.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
