The cottage is also served by two bathrooms, a ground-floor WC. and two ground-floor family bathrooms. Within the dwelling there is also a kitchen/diner, a living/dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a games room and two open-plan living spaces with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a large, shared lawned area and patio with seating and barbecues. The property also benefits from ample off-road parking. Newfield Farm Cottages is a marvellous retreat for a large gathering with loved ones in the heart of Dorset. Note: This property only offers a Friday or Monday check-in.

Note: The cottages welcome up to four dogs. Note: The cottage is situated in the centre of a working arable farm and at some times of the year there may be noise from farm machinery, if you are interested in how the farm works then please do ask the owners. ‘The owners have teamed up with their local pub, The Anvil Inn to provide guests with everything from first night suppers to be heated on arrival to bespoke menus for your special occasion. The team are happy to come to your cottage to cook, serve and clear up so that you can sit back and relax or to leave you pre-prepared meals. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
