Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park and surrounded by ancient woodland, this cosy little Hampshire cottage has a warming woodburning stove - perfect for cooler evenings - as well as a comfortable bedroom with en-suite shower room. The cottage is well situated for walking as well as access to all the local amenities available throughout the area.

Fuel, power & starter pack of logs for wood burner inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car. Rear garden with patio & BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Visitors welcome to bring their own horses - paddock, stabling & menage available, by prior arrangement with owner. Shop 4 miles, seasonal camp site shop 1 mile, pub 8 mins walk. Note: Owner has dogs. Note: Cottage is accessed via unmade gravelled forest track & is unsuitable for low suspension vehicles or those unsteady on their feet. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
