Rose Cottage in Swanage, Dorset sleeps six guests in two bedrooms. Rose Cottage is a single-storey dwelling consisting of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher, and a living/dining room with seating for six guests, TV, woodburning stove and a double sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, both with TVs and serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and veranda with furniture and hot tub, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and within 0.5 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Rose Cottage is a superb base from which to explore all that Dorset has to offer. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
