This single-storey barn conversion is set round a grassed courtyard near Winterbourne Stickland, and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. The Old Stables is a single-storey cottage in a lawned courtyard setting, a mile from Winterborne Stickland and four miles from Blandford Forum. The cottage has a king-size double with en-suite shower, two twin bedrooms and a bathroom. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking, a private patio area, shared lawn and shared games room with pool table, table football and air hockey. The Old Stables is close to local walks, pretty villages and bustling market towns, as well as for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the rest of this lovely area.

Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Further fuel can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Please note: a hand and bath towel will be provided for each bed space. Travel cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Covered bike storage. Enclosed, private garden with lawned area, patio and picnic bench. Shared front lawned area. Shared games room with pool table, table football and air hockey. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead whilst on the premises due to nearby livestock.

Note:All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
